Online shopping can be hard and we want to make things easier by answering some Frequently Asked Questions.

How do I care for my URBN AX items

We've trialed our own clothes before we started selling our gears and we've NEVER released a design that was ripped, or stitching fell apart during the trial phase.

We are confident that you are able to machine wash and dry your clothes comfortably without worrying about loose stitching. This being said when in doubt, hand wash always wins.

Why are there no Children T-shirts available?

We use t-shirts that are 220gsm without exception. We've found that using t-shirts under 220gsm it causes rips around the embroidered area. Our current suppliers do not stock children sized t shirts in 220gsm so we are unable to provide children t-shirts in good faith knowing that it will cause rips.
